Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Proactively search and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients and new partnerships for business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with HOD to develop and implement strategic business development plans/pipelines aimed at building relationships with new clients identifying needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
  • Generate effective leads through networking, cold calling, walk in and attending industry events. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain the relationship with the existing customers, and to seek opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewing, or referring them to other products or services.
  • Crafting compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Utilize data-driven insights to forecast sales projections, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Conduct high-level industry research to identify growth opportunities and customized sales approaches to meet the needs of diverse customer segments.
  • Work closely with the team by coaching and mentoring team members increase their productivity and get high quality performance and end results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 Years and above in Business Development Experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong in written and verbal communications in both Burmese and Chinese proficiency is a must.
  • Solid experience in key account management/ business development
  • A sales-driven mindset and a never give up spirit
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
