An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients, markets, and sectors for business expansion. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key industry players, including vendors, distributors, and strategic partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish mutually beneficial partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and geographical regions. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and tailor sales approaches to meet the needs of diverse customer segments.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Utilize data-driven insights to forecast sales projections, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to align business development efforts with company objectives. Provide input and feedback to support the development of marketing campaigns, product enhancements, and customer service initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 Years of Business Development Experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • English proficiency is a must.
