Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

· Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
· Building business relationships with current and potential
clients
· Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and
grow accounts
· Developing customized targeted sales strategies
. Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering
information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits,
trade shows, and conferences
· Coordinating business generation activities
· Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
· Answering potential client questions and the follow-up call
questions
· Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
. Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
· Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of
prospective client information
· Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential
clients
· Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
· Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences,
references, tradeshows, etc.
· Closing sales and working with the client through the closing
process
· Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
· Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM
software
· Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and
forecasting

Job Requirements

Requirement

Bachelor degree from a top-tier school
5 years experience in relevant field
Financial modeling and business presentation experience
Proficiency in English (Written & Spoken), Burmese (Written & Spoken). Fluency in Chinese is a bonus
Strong communication skills
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and obligations
Excellent time management and organization
Financial or Business Analyst experience
Understanding the prospects of the company and developing
strategies for growth
Researching and analyzing the market to find out a better business
opportunities
Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial
for the company
Create financial models and business presentations for investors and
clients
Carry day-to-day responsibilities as is required by the Business
Development Team
