Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1) To coordinate, liaise; supervise S&M team to increase sales area, sales volume, market expansion for entire product range.
2) To lead, monitor and reinforce sales improvement plan, marketing development plan for all existing and potential area.
3) To develop, control and manage company's brand image by establishing good internal/ external relationship with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
4) Prepare Strategize marketing planning, advertising planning and initialize participation in marketing campaigns, exhibition, seminars, promotion events.
5) To implement weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales.
6) Prepare report for sales progress, market standing position, market analysis, customer analysis, market SWOT analysis for the company to the management quarterly or whenever necessary .
7) Coach, train the marketing and sales team to enhance their skills to maximize their efficiency and growth.
8) Strategize to enter and expand in new territories.
9) Closely work with other departments and support them in performing different tasks, activities and events.
10) To Ensure proper documentation is being maintained according to ISO standards. Reports collected from departments are accurate and prepare measurements and monitor at the same time. Ensure all the audits at APE are successful and in timely manner especially, internal and external audits.

Job Requirements

• Age must be Minimum 26 years old
• Preferred MBA or other Master Degree with 3-5 years of experience in business field, project¬ management field, marketing or branding area.
• Bachelor degree holders possessing strong managerial skills and experiences will also be considered.
• The candidate must possess excellent technical and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills, a strong bias for action, and a team oriented
• Competent in using Microsoft word /Excel/ Power Point. Must be good in preparing management reports and sales report.
• Must have Market and industry Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal skills, Leadership skills. Communication skill and English Skills.
• Foreigners are also open for the job requirements.
