ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports directly to the Deputy Managing Director.
• Will be working together and coordinating with – Factory Team, Sales & Marketing Team and Administration Team.
• Manages the Sheet Piling Business sector of the company.
• Manages different projects and sites regarding the sheet piling business.
• Making monthly sales target and reaching it as much as possible.
• Visiting various construction sites to introduce SKM’s services.
• Discover and explore new markets suitable for the company and tap into them.
• Making sales reports and sales forecast. Regularly surveys the market and make an analysis.
• Coordinating with sales teams to identify new construction sites and new clients.
• Conducting bi-weekly meetings for sheet pile business development and strategic planning for business expansion.
• Communicating and coordinating with the factory to adjust deadlines and orders with clients.
• Identifying potential clients and construction sites for their needs for Rebar and Sheet Piles from SKM.
• Prepares monthly reports about sales, potential clients, existing clients, sales plan, and marketing plan.
• Prepare sheet pile rental and sale quotation for the customer.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Well Experience in Civil Engineering and Sales.
• Target driven and results focused individual.
• Good motivation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork oriented
• Thorough knowledge in the industry and a good knowledge of the target market.
• Sales experience and Site experience is advantageous.
