PRIMARY FUNCTION*
The role is responsible for the sound, profitable growth of the FFMCL franchise. The incumbent will lead the development and implementation of the company’s footprint expansion via new township branch openings, and will be accountable for sales performance across the network. He/she will be responsible for the overall management of all loan and non-loan products & services, including the launch of new offering and enhancements of existing products and services. Incumbent will assist the Chief Operating Officer in building relationships with the local Burmese business community and partners.
Sales Performance*
• Sales target setting and regular tracking & management of loan officer productivity & branch performance.
• Sales incentives design and administration, including regular reviews and staff communication.
• Branch capacity management to ensure effective headcount utilization.
• Sales forecasting and coordination with Finance to ensure healthy liquidity status at all times.
Channels and Distribution
• Distribution network planning, expansion and rationalization, including partnerships with third party networks.
• Together with IT, development of customer touchpoints including digitization initiatives.
• Delivery of outstanding customer service through various channels – branch, website, call centre, facebook, agent network, etc.
Product Management
• Development of new products and services for various customer segments, including obtaining necessary regulatory approvals and development of all necessary agreements and documents.
• Partner relationship management to develop business opportunities such as fee income generation and customer acquisition.
• Review and enhance existing products and services to suit business objectives and customer needs.
• Management of pricing, fees and product level profitability.
• Portfolio management including customer segment mix, product mix, customer retention, anti-attrition, etc.
Marketing and Brand Development
• Responsibility over marketing and brand activities such as sponsorships and advertising.
• Management of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
• Assistance to COO/CEO in managing relationships with press/media, external parties and other stakeholders.
