- Serve as point of contact for after sales service- Support customer queries, complaints and questions- Process paper work, documentation, contract preparation- Check accuracy of documents submitted by sales team as per standard procedures- Identify customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction- Provide administrative duties for department- Provide feedback on efficiency of customer service process- Ad hoc duties as required
- Any graduate- Minimum 2 years prior experience- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent organization and multitasking skills- Extensive customer service skill- A team player with high level of dedication- A positive and can-do attitude- Must be detail oriented- Good command of English- Well versed in ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
