• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
• Drive key HR strategies and initiatives to support business strategic and operational goals
• Manage key HR processes, annual HR review, including manpower planning, annual salary planning, compensation, bi-annual performance feedback cycle, employee training and development, and employee relations.
• Responsible for implementation of process improvement including; leading change initiatives, planning, facilitation
• Ensuring staffing needs in all functions and all levels are fulfilled by tracking and busing key metrics to drive continuous improvement recruitment decisions and the quality of hires and defining sourcing strategies to fill specific roles.
• Implement talent development program as per GHR direction and develop diverse talent pipelines for short and long term needs to meet business requirement
• Lead multi-site HR team to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.
• Administering the organization’s compensation and benefits programs are cost effective and competitive
• Overseeing dispute resolution involving employees, management, unions, government agencies, other firms, etc…
• Liaisons between employees and the employer, help the company avoid litigations or strikes
• Negotiating collective bargaining agreements with the union and managing grievances as per company policy
• Advising management on issues regarding union-management relations, such as contract negotiations
• Ensuring that the company is comply with government laws and regulations

Job Requirements

• At least 5 -7 years of experience in HRM and HRD.
• Previous experience leading HR groups/teams including financial/budget responsibility, management leadership, and strategic decision making/leadership; or equivalent
• Must have strong HR generalist background, including knowledge of general employment laws, and continuous improvement processes
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation and influence skills required.
• Ability to interact with high-level management and employees from a variety of backgrounds/disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to handle matters of confidentiality discreetly and work with employees on issues requiring varying degrees of sensitivity.
• Demonstrated broad understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions; manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with specialized in Human Resource Management or Organizational Behavior or related fields
