Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our business units in the areas of Hospitality, Building Management, Food services and continue to grow the business.

1.1 Hotel & Serviced Residence Management Responsibilities
1. Oversee the all aspects operation functions of the hotel and residences.
2. Ensure full compliance to Hotel/residence operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
3. Manage on-going profitability of the hotel/residence, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
4. Maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction and staff development within established quality standards.
5. Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations, investigating complaints and initiates corrective action.
6. Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.
7. Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads for providing effective leadership to hotel team members.

1.2 Property Management Responsibilities
1. Oversee the operational aspects of residential or commercial properties
2. Monitor responsibilities of the properties such as ensuring the payment of utility bills, management service fees and financial records/statement of maintenance works.
3. Responsible for maintenance and security of the premises and facilities.
4. Identify and provide resolution upon issues and complaints of tenant/owner.
5. Conduct regular inspection of property’s facilities to ensure its safety and functionality.
6. Monitor the renewing contract

Job Requirements

1. 3-5 years of experience or more as a General Manager or Asst. General Manager in the hospitality industry.
2. Strong customer service minded, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
3. Well organized with excellent time management skills.
4. Must be able to recruit, develop and retain high performance teams across business units.
5. Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
6. Must be able to travel as needed by operation requirements or otherwise instructed by Board of Directors.
7. Experience in Building Management preferred.
