An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Tasks : Strategic & Planning ( Long Term)
- Proactively monitor and assess competitor initiatives, take tactical decisions to counter, protect and enhance the Company’s position
- Establish contacts and create a solid working relationships with agreed and defined target customer
- Seek new business opportunities within the agreed and defined targeted customers
- Liaise with sub-contractors and 3rd party service providers on the strict guidelines given to them in order to meet customer expectations
- Deliver agreed revenue and shared objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; achieve the monthly KPI’s
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project cycle
Tactical Process (Mid Term)
- Lead the overall planning, impact and effective alignment of brand-related areas (brand-positioning, brand values, brand messaging, brand communication and paid media) to drive an overall awareness, affinity, and cohesive message.
- Develop full-scale project execution plans and related communication documents
- Review and track progress against revenue and targets; analyze sales/revenue reports; recommend and propose changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implementing approved changes
- Work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure client/ contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results
- Give direction to ensure all customer visits, opportunities and any other customer information are updated into CRM in line with the requirements and expectations
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and among the sub-contractors
Operational Action ( Short Term)
- Provide monthly reports, data, research and market intelligence to the Management highlighting business performance, competitive landscape and recommendations for increasing revenue
- Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment's if necessary during each project cycle.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones and track it
- Train, motivate and supervise project team members and sub-contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks
- Proactively manage changes in projects scope, identify potential crisis and design contingency plans

Job Requirements

Requirements

-A Minimum of 10 years of quality experience within Online digital industries
-Ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of digital customer funneling, conversion and retention
-Proven track record in successful online trading with measurable results
-Must have held full P&L responsibility for an online trading business with significant turnover
-A thought leader in the digital landscape who has genuinely innovative ideas
- Must have an excellent head for numbers and be an advanced Excel user and is comfortable analyzing and reporting financials
- Brilliant project management skills
- Positive, proactive and high tempo individual
-Proven track record successfully leading collaborative and multi-function teams
-Proven experience in managing and mentoring talents
-Master multitasking and time management
-Excellent leadership abilities to drive initiatives through multiple stakeholders within an organization
-Excellent, proactive communication skills, verbal and written (both in Myanmar and English)
