Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Responsible for oversee the operations functions of the hotel.
• Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
• Ensure full compliance of Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
• Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
• Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
• A strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies.
• Prepare a monthly GM report and submit to Head Office.
• Draw up plans and budget (revenues, costs, etc.) for the owners.
• Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
• Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
• Monitor present and future trends, practices and systems in the hotel industry and determine and ensure execution of competitive programs
• Perform other duties assigned by high management

Job Requirements

• Competent professional with at least 8 years experiences in Hospitality.
• Bachelor or Master degree, related with Hospitality and Hotel Management is preferred.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact well with an array of individual.
• Must be able to solve problem under stressful situations.
• Can communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Able to manage at least 3 stars Hotel Level.
