Job Descriptions
• Responsible to check for leave balance and calculate for payroll and assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
• Record and Maintain confidential
• Record and maintain employees’ personal data in HR database
• CV downloading, screening and interview process
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Team Leader

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
• BBA, BBM or Any graduate with Human Resource certificate or diploma
• At least (2) year experiences in HR Field
• Good communication skills and team work
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good communication skills in English
• Age under (30) years old
• Can work overtime if necessary
