Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Manage the full spectrum of all HR activities ranging from Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations to HR Administration.
- Hire the right candidate on a timely basis through best-in-class Competency-based process and manage a successful onboarding program.
- Identify, deliver and deploy core and targeted L&OD activities and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent and timely deployment of Talent Management activities and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on local Compensation & Benefits insights and trends to ensure that the Company’s C&B philosophy is aligned with the labour market and industry.
- Manage and/or proactively manage all Industrial Relation matters ensuring timely and in compliance resolution and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure all HR contracts, agreements and correspondences, and HR administrative matters are updated and recorded accurately and on a timely basis.
- Develop a strong professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable business and service excellence.
- Ensure risk mitigation measures of HR policies, systems and procedures are in place, consistently implemented and updated on a timely basis.

Job Requirements

- Education: Minimum recognized Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or in a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist preferred).
- Must have an aptitude for confidentiality and possesses a high degree of integrity and ethics.
- Comfortable working within a matrix environment, ability to multi-task and cope with ambiguity
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Independent and detailed oriented
