An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Process employee paperwork, including onboarding documents, benefits enrollment, attendance and leave requests
  • Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Assist payroll and benefits programs.
  • Assist in the employment process by arranging interviews, contacting candidates, and sorting through applications.
  • Coordinate and manage employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions and grievances
  • Provide administrative support to HR professionals and other departments
  • Prepare and present HR-related reports and data
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and compliance regulations
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all employee information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal administration or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
