Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Reviewing the training syllabus and courses.
2. Prepare the L&D budget and yearly master plan and coordinate with Assistant HR Manager.
3. Coordinate with ARH managers, HR executive, and Assistant HR Manager to conduct the Training Need Analysis (TNA).
4. Summary training records, and TNA results and report to HR Managers.
5. Organize the orientation training and other in-house or outsourced training coordinates with Assistant HR Manager and HR Executive.
6. Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superiors of the HR (L&D) department.

Job Requirements

1. Any Bachelor Degree.
2. Diploma in HRM or HRD.
3. 4 years of experience in HRD or L&D or Training.
4. Pre-intermediate level of English reading, and writing skills.
5. Good MS Office Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Good HR training, learning, and development knowledge.
8. Good Health, Safety and Environment, and Myanmar labor law knowledge.
