Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Updating data in intranet and HR department information in intranet
  • Facilitating Development review and Performance review (both for VFO Set up and final appraisal)
  • Facilitating Non-Technical Training (eg. other soft skill training)
  • Arranging Onboarding Training for newcomers
  • Interviewing Senior Executive level and below
  • Posting job vacancy on job portals internally and externally (eg. SF, Jobnet, etc.)
  • Completing recruitment request process in Success Factors Recruiting system for the successful candidates for all positions by playing three roles (HRBP, recruiter, recruiting coordinator)
  • Negotiation compensation & benefits packages and Preparing Offer Letter & Employment Contract for non-managerial positions
  • Ensuring all documentation of recruiting processes for newcomers (eg. JD, SSB, CoC, CV, Application Forms, etc.)
  • Following up probation period for newcomers
  • Conducting Exit interview for non-managerial positions
  • Support HR Head in implementation of HR initiated projects
  • Facilitating engagement Activities (eg. JSG Connect, MJSL Communication Session, Warso, Kahtein Robe donation, CSR activities, etc).
  • Assist HR Head and prepare EOM Award certificates, announcement on EOM board, CoC Award
  • Arranging annual medical check up and COVID-19 vaccinations for all staff
  • MJSL staff meeting arrangement, HR catch up meeting arrangement to get employee feedback from time to time
  • CoC sharing in communication session starting from upcoming sessions
  • Recording CoC declaration reports, ensure signing CoC forms by new employees
  • Preparing Ad hoc report to provide Group HR with timely and accurate data
  • Preparing Sustainability Reporting Tool (SRT) Reporting in the provided link
  • Translation in Myanmar Languages for CoC documents, eLearning, office memo, etc.
  • Support for SEES arrangement in collaboration with HR Head and JSG colleagues

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experiences in Human Resources or Administration field with MNCs
  • Experiences in human resources/people operations, compensation & benefits and local compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources or related field is required
  • Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Provide a variety of services in support of the delivery of HR policies and processes, utilize knowledge of HR programs to assist managers/ HoDs and employees
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and good relationship skill
  • Good decision making and analytical skills
  • Skillful in delivering results
  • Good knowledge in labor laws and government policies
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
