Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Be the contact person for HR-related queries from HIQ’s business units.
  • Complete filing & archiving of all HR-related documentation such as employee personal files, employment contracts, income tax declaration information, and social security contribution, etc.
  • Ensure the relevant, Recruitment Database, Employee database, and Resign Database is up to date, accurate, and complies with local authority instruction.
  • Collaborate with all departments to assist in the recruitment and replacement process such as sending the CV, arranging an interview, etc.…
  • Prepare all staff’s Employment Contracts and collect a signature.
  • Report to township labor office for Employment Contract and labor status
  • Arrange and support operational staff requirements & social affairs when necessary
  • To support MGOU Shops required data for SSB, Labor Office, and Local authorities.
  • Report to township labor office for Employment Contract and labor status
  • Provide support related to HR Software and Internal Communication app.
  • Prepare & collect the proper documentation such as payroll calculation, attendance record, etc.
  • Manage the outsourced service related to IT Services, Office Maintainance and Software.
  • Prepare monthly HR report
  • Record and announce announcements and orders
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate with Diploma in HR Management (or) Diploma in Business Management.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Must have expected computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding HR and Admin management principal and being able to work independently.
  • Understanding of Labor law.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills able to engage with all levels of employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication.
