Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

o New joining and termination staff, internal transfer of staff, Employee Promotion, Dismissal of staff
o To analyze employment information data for permanent staff, inclusion of employment personal history data file
o To explain company rules and regulations trainees to new employees,
o Responsible for effective recruitment functions for all Business Units and conduct job interviews for all job positions
o Prepare employee ID card and other related documentation for new hires
o Create new hire personnel file (soft and hard copy)
o Assist in maintaining database of suitable candidates for future vacancies
o Arranges and organizes the interview with HR manager, department manager and CEO (for higher positions)
o Verifies candidates’ background by contacting references
o Prepares offer letters and contracts for new employees

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in human resources related field or equivalent
● Understanding of local labor law
● Minimum 5 Years experience in Multinational company experiences
● Must have oversea experience
● Knowledge of the retail industry
● Fluent in English
• Comprehensive understanding of HR principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
