Job Description

• Designing jobs in terms of duties and responsibilities, reporting lines and supervisory role.
• Co-ordinate and assist to respective department for the new recruitment staff.
• Orient employees regarding the respective job scope and Company’s vision & mission and to instruct & train new employees.
• Assist in organizing performance appraisal program – yearly program.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with respective township Labour office for employment contract and Social Security Board for other related benefits of all employees.
• Prepare and maintain the Standard Employment Contract for all employees;
• Participates to advise on staff welfare and health and safety issues,
• Check to calculate and arrange for process of attendance, allowance & other related matters.
• Assist to organize employee orientation program and training program.
• Coordinating and assisting to other Departments for Human Resources Development,
• Able to liaise and communicate with relevant Government Departments.
• Must be able to supervise and coaching of subordinates related matters.
• Ensure the duties from time to time as per requirement of immediate supervisor.
• Co-ordinate and assist to other Departments for Company's Business.
• Monthly site visit to retail outlets for HR Audit process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of University Graduate/ equivalent level (HR diploma will be preferable).
• Age above 25 years
• Minimum 3 years experiences in HR field.
• Well experienced and knowledge skill in the field of Human Resources Management.
• Must have willing to learn & study related field.
• Good understanding Labour law
• Effective written and oral communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
• Able to use Computer well with Microsoft Office Application and email.
• Must be a team player and high motivation, commitment to work and can work under pressure.
• Must be a strong leadership with Good problem solving skill.
• Excellence in communication, interpersonal skill, good presentation skill and negotiation skill, influencing, negotiating and engagement skills.
