Job Requirements

(1) တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွ ဘြဲ႔ရထားျပီး HR Management Diploma/Certificate ရရွိထားသူကို ဦးစားေပးမည္။
(2) အသက္ (၂ဝ - ၃၅)ႏွစ္အတြင္း ရွိသူျဖစ္ျပီး က်န္းမာေရး ေကာင္းမြန္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
(3) ရုပ္ရည္အသင့္အတင့္ရွိျပီး အက်င့္စာရိတၱေကာင္းမြန္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
(4) HR လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အၾကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး(၂)ႏွစ္ ရွိျပီး ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ လစာမ်ားကို ကုမၸဏီ၏ စည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ အညီ တိက်မွန္ကန္စြာ တြက္ခ်က္တတ္သူအေတြ႔အၾကံဳရွိသူကို ဦးစားေပးမည္။
