- Prepare Daily , Weekly, Monthly report.
- Prepare to JD with related Department Head.
- Able to engage exist interview.
- Prepare Staff welfare.
- Must have negotiation skill.
- Well mediated between employees & Management

Job Requirements

- Graduate & HR Diploma .
-Age 27- 35 years.
- At least 5 year working experience in the HR field.
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details.
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.
- Ability to speak good English and Fluent in Myanmar.
- Should be able to keep discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
