you are responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, pertaining to employees and the college itself, liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies and your role will include key responsibilities such as: • Process all types of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees as well as for visitors • Registration, process and renew FRCs for all college expatriate staff • SSB statements and payments to the relevant Ministries / Township Offices • Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources • Submit, follow-up and gather all FRCs and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time. • Renew, update and keep up all college employees and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time. Send notification to employees on required documents before their visa expires • Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations. • Handle end to end recruitment process • Any other tasks assigned by line manager as and when necessary.
Proven experience as a HR Executive,relevant human resources/administrative position.• PC literacy (MS office in particular)• Basic knowledge of visa requirements, regulations and government tax laws• Excellent organizational skills• Strong communication skills and personal skills• Strong experiences in administration, employee relations and government affairs• Bachelor degree in related field• Fluent English in written and spoken
