The role holder will responsible in using both traditional and non-traditional resource and create a network of established contacts to identify and attract talent. And the role holder will also involve in related recruiting events and activities. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.Effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion*Assisting and supporting Lead, Recruiter to run recruiting process from end to end process smoothly* Responsible in preparing materials and posting jobs ads to appropriate job board/newspapers or colleges* Sourcing and recruiting candidate by using database, social media and etc.* Screenings candidate resumes and job applications* Arranging and scheduling interview * Performing in-person and phone interview with candidates*Following up on the interview process status* Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved*Communicating employer information and benefit during screening process* Completing timely report on employment activities* Conducting exit interview for resigned staff* To carry out any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by the supervisor.
*Bachelor’s degree (preferred from related Human Resources Management)*Good communication skill both verbal and written*Be able to communicate in English*Good attitude and be able to work under pressure*Proven working experience as HR Recruiter or similar role *Basic computer skill is preferable.*Welcome for new graduation
