Duties and Responsibilities
 Discuss and prepare for all department’s updated organization Chart and job description with line manager
 Checking the employee requisition form with all department’s Organization Chart and prepare for recruitment
 Checking the vacancies announcement and screening CVs from the internal source and external source
 Builds a quality relationship with the internal related department heads and external recruitment agencies
 Making monthly staffing and turnover report.
 Solving the problem of new employee’s complaint
 Other HR activities

Job Requirements

Requirement and Qualifications
 Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree
 Have 3-5 years of work experience in related field, with at least 1 year in supervisory role
 Have adequate knowledge and experience in Recruitment
 Have good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
 Be a self motivated and enthusiastic professional will and able to make changes/ improvements
 Excellent computer skill, particularly in Excel and all Microsoft Office Program
