JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to support and carry out human resources functions within DAWN. Candidate will be required to work independently, build and maintains effective relationships with own team and colleagues across all departments.


• Assist in employee relations such as introducing new staff with all departments, facilitating new staff to get HR package for new staff_ required stationeries, ID Batch, handouts for orientation, key chain.
• Collect body measurement for sewing from new female staff, coordinate with uniform suppliers and Admins for all employees to wear uniform after their probation period
• Assist in preparing and renewing employment contracts
• Support to and line mangers with orientation, making employment contract, dealing with labor office processes
• Ensure the return of a uniform from leavers
• Assist in developing the training programs and plans
• Organize other ER related tasks under guidelines as necessary
• Support implementation of overall ER related policies
• Comply with all relevant policies and procedures with respect to maintain confidentiality on human resources matters
• Remain familiar with all labour law and ensure compliance
• Maintain confidentiality on human resource matters
• Communicate and coordinate HR issues with respective area offices required
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
 Bachelor’s degree holder
 တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွ ဘြဲ႔ရရွိထားရမည္။
 One year proven working experience in HR field
 HR Field တြင္ အလုပ္အေတြ႔ၾကံဳ(၁)ႏွစ္ရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
 Proven team working ability
 အဖြဲ႔လိုက္ ပူးေပါင္းလုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
 Maintain confidentiality on human resource matters
 ၀န္ထမ္းေရးရာႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားအား လွ်ိဳ႕၀ွက္စြာလုပ္ကိုင္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
 High sense of personal integrity, discretion and good judgments
 ကိုယ္က်င့္သိကၡာႏွင့္ျပည့္စံု၍ မွန္ကန္ထိေရာက္ေသာဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္မ်ား ခ်ႏိုင္ရမည္။
 Commitment to and understandings of DAWN’s aims, values and principles
 DAWN ၏ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မ်ား၊ တန္ဖိုးထားမႈမ်ားႏွင့္ စည္းကမ္းမ်ားကို နားလည္လိုက္နာႏိုင္ရမည္။
 Computer proficiency in word and excel
 Word ႏွင့္ Excel အား ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
 Good communication skills, including good working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
