BASIC FUNCTION:

Deliver quality classes to a variety of clientele.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Teach assigned classes.
2) Assistant the Training Manager in supporting the Sales Department.
- Provide knowledge base to Account Executives in areas of expertise.
- Assist Account Executives in determining client needs.
3) Where required, set up computers or LoD access at onsite locations and perform basic troubleshooting when equipment is not operational.
4) Prepare for future classes, by utilizing available resources (LoD/ OLA etc..)

***Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the Training Manager.

Job Requirements

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Bachelor's degree preferred, emphasis in communications, education, social sciences, or computer sciences preferred.
2) Shows potential to learn technical information quickly.
3) Must possess excellent presentation skills; good judgment, initiative, strong work ethic and dependability; and can deal effectively with people. Working under pressure is essential.
