1. Responsible to report regularly about students enrollments/mitigation/assignment submission/course committee team meeting to partner university as well as BOD
2. Responsible to manage the classroom to create as active learning environment
3. Responsible to monitor and control of all students progress (Academic and Non - Academic)
4. Develop and update teaching methodology whenever necessary based on students' needs
5. Liaise between partnership University and organization regarding with to students and works and other status in line with partnership guideline
6. Report to BOD whenever necessary
7. Make sure any procedures changes regarding with partnership organization and has to inform to all related functional managers as well as BOD

Job Requirements

1. A minimum of masters degree in Business Management
2. A PhD earned professional is recommendable
3. Experiences in an international non -governmental organization will be an advantage
4. Able to teach business related subjects
5. Strong communication skills in written and speaking in English
