. Answer conferences, meetings and travel reservations.
. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures, compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routines correspondence and reports.
. Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
. Schedule and confirm appointments for parents and visitors.
. Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
. Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spread-sheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
. Need to perform services foreigners teachers leave record and deal with them concerning their cases.

Job Requirements

. Proven work experience over three years as a secretary or administrative assistant
. Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
. High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
. Integrity and professionalism
. Proficiency in MS Office
. Bachelor Degree holder.
. Prefer female as gender.
