GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The operation supervisor will be in charge of communication and operational management with GL-AMMK Clients.
He/she will work closely with Managing director of GL-AMMK

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operational Supervisor is reporting to Management of GL-AMMK and the responsibilities are the following:
• Manage and set up operations for Convenience store financing
• Develop and manage Customer relation
• Promote our company product and services for our customers
• Perform field check for applicant and explain financial solutions proposed
• Collect Customer information and manage it in the financial tool

Job Requirements

• Master Degree or Bachelor Degree holder
• Good command in English language (speaking, writing and listening)
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet, Mail, etc.)
• 2 years and more of professional experience
