Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Sell implements and parts: attend to customer’s enquiries, prepare sales quotations, invoice and issue the implements and parts after customer paid.
• Process customer orders and provide regular status updates.
• Implements / parts marketing research including: competitor’s activities and their implements/parts/service prices; implements / parts and materials suppliers search.
• Organize implements/parts logistics by the customer orders.
• Maintain and develop customer relations.
• Conduct regular updates in regard to implements / parts pricing, customer database and sales records.
• Prepare implements sales forecast for aftersales team and consolidate AFS forecast and Sales team forecast.
• Support Purchasing / Storing / Receiving activities if necessary.
• Provide recommendations to improve implements / parts inventory in order to have fast moving items available and reduce amount of slow moving items.
• Responsible for implements sales report and results analyzing.
• Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree level in Agriculture Mechanization or Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge, skills & experience:
Implements / parts sales background.
Minimum of 2 year experience in equipment parts sales and customer service.
English (Intermediate level: written and spoken).
Experienced user of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experienced user of ‘both’ paper & electronic parts catalogues (to include web based applications).
