BACKGROUND

Yoma bank has developed new products tailored for agricultural and livestock sector through its Agri Financing Department. To promote the products and grow the portfolio, the bank is looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in marketing and relationship management along with banking operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Promote and market products

* Manage customer relationships

* Work with bank branching and operation to ensure smooth customer experience

* Credit underwriting

Knowledge & Skills

* Strong interpersonal relationship and problem-solving skills * Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace * Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Education & Special Training
* Bachelor's degree in business related or social science

Experience
* 2+ years of relevant experience in Myanmar Banking industry * 1+ years in sales, customer relationships, and banking operations * Experience with international organization a plus

Languages
* Excellent communications (written/typing and verbal) in Myanmar * Proficiency in English a plus
