• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Prepare quotation and invoice
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments.
• Ensure comprehensive, timely and quality delivery of all requests
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Collect and analyze market research data.
• Identify potential markets and test them extensively.
• Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
• Report to Superior weekly

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales ( prefer IT Hardware & Software sales experience)
• Knowledge in POS sales is advanced
• Strong communication skill
• Must have knowledge in IT products.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good in Burmese & English written and verbal communication skills
