- Mainly in charge of Senior HR and support to manager of department
- To strengthen and enhance the Human Resources development in the organization
- Recruitment & Training arrangement
- Implementation of HR strategies policies and programs
- Internal Application and external application to Singapore counter part
- Overseeing office rules & regulation, issue internal letters and memos
- Handling overall HR related issues such as leave management and others critical issues
- Close communicating with counterpart Singapore HR Dept and Corporate Dept
- New staffs orientation and employment contract arrangement
- Overseeing the job done of subordinates from Corporate Dept
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Age must between 27 ~ 32 years old
- Must have 7 years working experience as HR
- Must have min. 3 years working experience as Senior HR
- Must have working experience in Foreign Company
- Must have knowledge in general HR and labor law(administrative regulation and policy development, and employment law)
- Must be business level in the English Language
