Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Plans and designs the work schedule for his assigned projects.
- Ensures all works related to his assigned projects are executed in accordance with specifications.
- Directs and manages all site engineers working on project(s).
- Coaches and develops Project Supervisors and Site Controllers.
- Is able to take initiatives on his own, however makes sure to seek his Projects Head’s approval on important decisions.
- Supervises and follows up on all documentation related to the project(s).
- Compiles all received Daily Reports From Projects Supervisors and reports on Daily Basis to the Head of Project Department
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate, A Bachelor or Master Degree
• A minimum 10 years of good experience as Project Manager (Prefer experience in Telecom Tower field)
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management
• Fluent in English (Further languages are highly appreciated. Chinese etc.)
• Excellence communication and negotiation & problem solving skills
• Excellence management skills
