A) To Whom Responsible : Managing Director
B) For Whom responsible : all Mechanic and Service Administration Staff
C) General Levels of contact
- Internal : Managing Director, Sales staff. Administrative staff and Mechanic
- External : factory, Individual customers, fleet customers, Supplier, Insurance company

Key Job Areas

A) Leads and operates the workshop

- Ensures all workshop staff understand the implication of the workshop operation for their role and monitors their performance.
- Make decision service method to customer with workshop mechanics.
- Takes care of Customers (explain and provide services, handle customer complaint etc.)
- Control all of the documents includes Dealer Reports related to Services.
- Communicate with (Distributor) service team to settle the
problem and/or improve the workshop operation and its service quality

B) Spare Parts Stock Controlling

- Controls parts stocks availability and decide order to Company upon Management Director’s approval

Job Requirements

- Experience in automotive service field (car dealership is more better) for more than 7 years
- Enough Car service skill senior mechanic level at least.
- English Business Level (read, write, speak)
- PC Skill (Word Excel)
- Age less than 35years old.
