Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

- Plan, coordinate and manage training and development programs for HEC BU
- Review existing training programs with input from BLMs to ensure validity and effectiveness of the business environment.
- Periodically identify internal training requirements aligning with the competencies development need.
- Forecast and develop future strategic training plan in coordination with regional Center of Excellence (CoE) team
- Arrange & prepare hand-out / training materials and develop new ones where necessary
- Co-ordinate logistics of all training sessions for HEC BU
- Conduct pre and post-training evaluation to ensure that learning and development is appropriately applied in the working activities
- Assess and evaluate training implementation for continuous improvement of the training module and materials in practice
- Track and maintain records of all training attendance

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Pharmacy or life sciences)
- English Proficiency

- Min 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, out of which preferably 1 year experience across training & development
