Provide support to the accounting department daily transfer cash to head office in Yangon.
Checks bills with supporting documents of field staff to assist accountant.
Collect and count the daily income, perpare the weekly expense
Giving order and receive order in an organized manner
Perpare basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry,answernign phones,processing the mail, ect.
Handing communications with clients and vendors via phone,email, and in-person.
Receive and check products stock for warehouse / showroom.
Maintain and external people, such as electrician,technical person etc.
Assist in ad-hoc HR and Admin related tasks.
Coordinate in recruitment process such as making interview appointment schedules, follow up with applicants and presenting at interview session by liaising with line supervisor
Assist and support HR & Admin Department in recruitment & employment process.
Keep necessary documentaion for record.
Contact Cooperate with government sector.
To maintain active communication with different offices and local communities to coordinate variours administrative issues.
