Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Provide support to the accounting department daily transfer cash to head office in Yangon.
  • Checks bills with supporting documents of field staff to assist accountant.
  • Collect and count the daily income, perpare the weekly expense
  • Giving order and receive order in an organized manner
  • Perpare basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry,answernign phones,processing the mail, ect.
  • Handing communications with clients and vendors via phone,email, and in-person.
  • Receive and check products stock for warehouse / showroom.
  • Maintain and external people, such as electrician,technical person etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR and Admin related tasks.
  • Coordinate in recruitment process such as making interview appointment schedules, follow up with applicants and presenting at interview session by liaising with line supervisor
  • Assist and support HR & Admin Department in recruitment & employment process.
  • Keep necessary documentaion for record.
  • Contact Cooperate with government sector.
  • To maintain active communication with different offices and local communities to coordinate variours administrative issues.

Job Requirements

  • 22-35 years
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • LCCI 1 1,2 (OR) General Experience 1 year
  • Able to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Language skill able to communicate in English (OR) Thai (Optional).
