The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, including embassies and key corporate accounts. This role is responsible for building long-term client relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams to deliver quality services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Manage customer concerns, claims, and complaints to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and account activities in the CRM system.
  • Identify account risks and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  • Introduce relevant products and services that meet client needs.
  • Support proposal and tender preparation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
  • Coordinate account handover to operational teams after successful sales.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint or similar presentation tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Burmese.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
