  • Develop effective Sales Plans to ensure quarterly target are met
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with new/existing key customers
  • Plan, manage and monitor payments collections with new/existing customers
  • Maintain awareness of business climate & trends to ensure that product portfolio remains attractive & relevant
  • Manage the project team from assignment of tasks, performance appraisals and recruiting of new staff members
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, strategies and come up with relevant plan to stay ahead of them
  • Prepares reports by Project Pipeline, Quotation, customer data base, collection, analyzing and summarizing information to CEO and BOD.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in various perspectives, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years sales management experience in engineering field.
  • Ability to work with diverse products offering.
  • Excellent sales and communication skill.
  • Excellent supervisor skill; coaching/mentoring experience with less experienced staffs.
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skill.
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
