Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Identify, target, and develop business opportunities with corporate clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for corporate insurance products (e.g., Group Life, Health, Property, Fire, Marine, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale account management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to pitch solutions and services.
  • Work closely with underwriting, operations, and claims departments to develop client-centric solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Insurance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of corporate insurance products and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluent in English Language.
