The Account & Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and internal controls. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, cost control, and compliance with Myanmar financial regulations while supporting management with business analysis and decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • LCCI Level III, ACCA (part qualified), CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Experience in retail, restaurant, FMCG, or multi-branch operations is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and inventory accounting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and handle confidential financial information.
