Job Description•Prepare, analyze and report monthly financial statements and effectively convey analysis to the senior management•Ensure Data Entry, Data accuracy on accounting software system•Supervise in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.•Combine and submit monthly/ quarterly departmental budget to management•Prepare and circulate weekly financial update to Managers and Directors•Prepare taxation report and liaise with tax officers•Calculate costing and supports sales admin teams•Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.•Perform other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements
Requirement and skills•A bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance/ CPA Part 1 / ACCA Part 1 (UK finished)•Age between 35 to 45•At least 10 years working experiences in accounting & finance (more prefered construction & trading business background)•Prefer experience in MYOB and QuickBooks software•Enable to work under pressure•Good communication and problem-solving skill
