Job Description

  • Manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Identify and suggest improvements in financial processes.
  • To collaborate with other team members if needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • LCCI Level 3 certification is required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the trading or manufacturing sector.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
