Position Summary
The Accounting Manager will lead the Finance & Accounting Department and ensure strong financial control, compliance, accurate reporting, and strategic financial management to support overall business growth.

Job Description (JD)
Financial Management & Reporting

- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure timely financial closing and reporting accuracy
-Prepare financial reports and present insights to senior management

Cash Flow & Budget Control

- Manage payroll, supplier payments, and operational expenses
- Monitor daily cash flow and bank reconciliation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control
- Ensure timely payment processing and expense monitoring
- Monitor cost efficiency and operational spending control

Revenue & Financial Monitoring

- Monitor clinic revenue, patient billing, and collection processes
- Review doctor fee calculations and revenue sharing systems
- Identify and prevent financial leakage and financial risks
- Monitor AR/AP processes and revenue reconciliation
- Ability to systematically manage and control doctor fee calculations and revenue sharing systems.

Compliance & Internal Control

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, SOPs, and company policies
- Manage tax-related documentation and payment processes
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Strengthen internal control systems and financial procedures

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA / CPA preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting / Finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
