Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Verify all payments for HO and Store division
  • Responsible for staff advance payment, verify clear advance documents
  • Responsible for control supplier master list by verifying supplier documents, create or update supplier in system
  • Verify transactions before posting to the system • Coordinate HO Staffs and suppliers
  • Responsible for monthly closing for HR and Store (AP, AR, FA and GL) and make necessary journal entries to align with accounting standards and the group company policies
  • Reconcile all accounts for HO and Store division (e.g. accrual general expenses, advance staff, prepayment etc.)
  • Reconcile and confirm inter-company balance and transactions
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
  • Support monthly tax requirement for HO and ST division to ensure that the company is compliance with local tax regulations
  • Involve in setting up new system and familiarize with system
  • Monitor and supervise accounting executive

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting and CPA/ACCA are preferable
  • 3-5 years of working experience in international company
  • Good knowledge of local tax (commercial tax, withholding tax, income tax)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude towards work and able to work under pressure environment
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS excel, Oracle Finance)
  • Good Communication in English
