  • Manage office operations and administrative workflows efficiently.
  • Oversee office facilities, building maintenance, cleaning, utilities, and IT equipment; ensure timely preventive maintenance.
  • Handle visitor management, office security, and maintain a professional working environment.
  • Monitor and control office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and equipment inventory.
  • Arrange management and internal meetings, prepare agendas, briefing materials, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Communicate management directives to relevant departments and track implementation progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, rules, and guidelines.
  • Provide operational support for smooth daily business operations.
  • Prepare PR/PO, perform quotation comparisons, follow up on purchases, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure cost control and budget efficiency.
  • Coordinate with maintenance service providers, office supply vendors, transportation, and logistics-related suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Provide problem-solving support for daily operational challenges.
  • Maintain effective cross-department communication to ensure smooth and timely information flow.

Job Requirements

  • Holds a degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Has 2–5 years of experience in General Management roles (for Manager Level: 6+ years).
