    • Ensure franchise outlets adhere to brand standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks. 
    • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to maintain operational excellence. 
    • Provide training and support to franchisees on systems, service, and compliance.
    • Resolve operational challenges and implement process.
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to launch promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
    • Build strong relationships with franchise partners to foster growth and retention.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred). 
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise operations, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, marketing execution, and team leadership. 
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, and franchise management software
