  • Coordinate, review, and respond to HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Communicate and cooperate with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Collect, analyze, and create reports for attendance, Leave, and Overtime records.
  • To the cooperation of the department assigned with the duty.
  • Guiding the organization’s activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives
  • Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
  • Prepare and submit the Monthly Staff Performance and their task
  • To maintain and regularly update HR records such as employment personal files, HR forms, and other HR-related documents.
  • To handle payroll calculations and month-end summary reporting submissions.
  • To check & record daily attendance the fingerprint data.
  • To implement the EC contract for permanent staff.
  • To the cooperation of the department assigned with the duty.
  • To complete the employee database using the software.
  • To work with recruitment agencies to source candidates, review resumes, and assist in conducting interviews by providing the necessary input during the recruitment process.
  • To maintain and regularly update HR records such as employment contracts, personal files, HR forms, and other HR-related documents.
  • Overseeing department budget planning and development.
  • Managing and maintaining all department databases.
  • To be involved in various welfare activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with a Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources and/or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the HR & Admin field.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and practices.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates positive thinking.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google products (Gmail, Meet, Drive, etc.).
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
