Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Human Resources

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for staff and labor.

Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and HR databases.

Administer payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Conduct performance evaluations and support employee training and development.

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.

Administration

Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, facilities maintenance, and IT coordination.

Manage staff accommodation, transportation, and labor welfare at project sites.

Coordinate manpower allocation and support project teams as required.

Handle company correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.

Assist management in organizing company events, training programs, and meetings.

Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably within the retail shop or a related industry.

Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices.

Proven experience in managing staff is a strong advantage.
