Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict resolution
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
  • Manage payroll, social security (SSB), personal income tax, and employee insurance schemes.
  • Oversee the performance management system (KPIs/OKRs) to ensure employee productivity and growth.
  • Supervise administrative operations including office management and company facilities
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and HR strategies
  • Be able to handle factory, head office, branch office and warehouse HR & Admin related issues

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or production environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
